We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Team Leader Program Management Coordinator to join our team at Moriroku Technology De México Sa. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Assistant project leader or Minor model project leader, managing and controlling action items, and communicating with customers and internal support departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist the Assistant project leader or Minor model project leader in managing and controlling action items for new model development projects, both internally and externally with customers.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal support departments to achieve project targets and company objectives.
- Schedule Management: Support the creation of project management schedules (SAP, Commitment) and coordinate events and meetings between customers and internal project teams.
- Team Support: Provide support to internal teams in evaluating and planning the impact of new customer requests or engineering changes, and report back to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Assist in organizing project concerns and countermeasures to report and solve issues with customers and internal team members, including preparing report documents and meeting notes.
- Review Coordination: Support the coordination and preparation of information for Regular Customer Project Management Reviews.
- Internal Evaluation: Participate in internal evaluation meetings based on company development instructions and definitions, and create report documents and meeting minutes to implement directed items with project team members.
- Business Trip: Participate in customer events on-site at customer facilities in Puebla and event delivery parts reviews at our factory in Silao, GTO, preparing all necessary materials within a team (business trips required).
- Process Maintenance: Support the Program management department in maintaining process flow of department jobs and working processes, creating control documents with management.
- Audit Support: Support IATF, VDA audits in maintaining department job flow.
- Language Skills: Required business-level Spanish and English skills to communicate with customers and support departments (business and technical knowledge). German and Japanese are also welcome.
- Software Skills: Required operation skills of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, proficient in Microsoft Office tools. 3D CAD or viewer software experience is also welcome.
- Attitude and Skills: Appropriate and good attitude to work, learn, communicate, and follow up to be a representative of the department and company. Proven teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Work Requirements: Required overtime work and business trips with staying weeks at hotels accordingly. Required basic skill and knowledge of German OEM development process flow to manage projects, such as knowledge of Lion, BeOn, Formel Q, QPN, CPM, etc.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time employment: Full-time employment with a regular working schedule.
- Salary: $16, $18,000.00 per month.
- Working Hours: 8-hour shift.
- Benefits: Company-provided transportation assistance, company parking, major medical insurance, and meal vouchers.
- Work Location: On-site employment at our company.
