As a key player in managing the presence of Mondelēz International products across various retail platforms, you will be instrumental in executing our snacking strategy and fostering category advancement. Your role involves conducting thorough assessments and delivering category-focused insights. You will ensure that retail and spatial expertise guide critical decisions regarding new packaging, shelf organization, and fixture arrangements to optimize Mondelēz International's market reach.

Your Contributions

In this role, you will:

Generate recommendations for product assortment and post-launch evaluations in partnership with category and customer development teams, focusing on location, fixture design, and spatial efficiency. Cultivate customer relationships to collaboratively influence assortment and space decisions, including in-store testing. Conduct quarterly spatial assessments for specific categories and clients, aligning with team objectives and developing exemplary case studies. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Share of Space metrics and the primary factors driving growth or decline. Deliver a comprehensive analysis of category/customer status, identifying opportunities and risks related to space as part of the Account Planning process. Formulate spatial strategies for significant initiatives and key category-driven projects. Innovate methods to enhance the quality of analysis and recommendations, such as modular planning.

Educational Background:

Degrees in Engineering or Business-related fields.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic roles.

Specific Job Requirements:

Proficiency in database management. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Nielsen. Intermediate to advanced English communication skills. Strategic thinking capabilities. Leadership and negotiation skills across diverse teams. Effective communication skills.
