Als IT Business Partner bij Human Total Care ben je de schakel tussen klant, business en directie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de strategische samenwerking tussen IT en business, waarbij je de zakelijke behoeften vertaalt naar effectieve IT-strategieën, oplossingen en diensten.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • De zakelijke behoeften analyseren en vertalen naar effectieve IT-strategieën, oplossingen en diensten.
  • De afstemming tussen IT en business optimaliseren, van verandertrajecten tot functioneel beheer en standaard IT operations diensten.
  • De samenwerking tussen interne en externe stakeholders coördineren.
  • Adviseren over verbeteringen aan het IT&Care directieteam hoe de dienstverlening meer waarde kan toevoegen aan de organisatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van IT-gerelateerde issues binnen de business units.
Requirements
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Business Partner waarvan minstens 3 jaar als onderdeel van een MT of directieteam.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse (Minimaal C2) en Engelse taal (minimaal C1).
  • Begrijpen en analyseren van zakelijke processen en behoeften.
  • Ervaring met PRINCE II, Agile en Scrum methodologieën is een pluspunt.
