Customer Project Manager

At Schneider Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Engineer to join our team in the CDMX Plant. This role is responsible for managing Easy To Order Customer Projects, Customer Satisfaction, and Risks Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and planning projects, monitoring and controlling progress and budget, managing risks and opportunities, and managing variation orders and claims. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with customers and executing projects in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department, and Project Buyer.
The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years' experience in Customer Service and Project Management, as well as advanced English language skills. They will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers, communicating regularly, and communicating effectively with the project team and other departments of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Easy To Order Customer Projects, Customer Satisfaction, and Risks Management.
Organize and plan projects, monitor and control progress and budget, manage risks and opportunities, and manage variation orders and claims.

Qualifications:
More than 3 years' experience in Customer Service and Project Management.
Advanced English language skills.
