**Job Summary**

The Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing operations by leveraging data insights and analytics. This senior leadership position will oversee the development and implementation of data-driven strategies, ensuring that Diageo remains at the forefront of the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with commercial teams to develop and maintain data-driven insights, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of advanced analytics capabilities, including data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and experts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
  • Partner with external partners and vendors to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
