About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Consolidation and Reporting to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our Global Franchises, Products & Experiences Finance leadership team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis for our studios.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for Warner Bros. Discovery Studios.
  • Provide business and finance stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Establish a standard, global consolidated P&L reporting process for the Products & Experiences function.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and manage a team of financial planning and analysis professionals.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand forecast drivers and provide financial insights.
  • Communicate financial information and analysis to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  1. Experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate development, strategic planning, or management consulting.
Skills
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis techniques.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Industry Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of the entertainment business, including theatrical, games, TV distribution, home entertainment, consumer products, and global themed experiences.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite.
Leadership Experience
  • At least 2 years of people management experience.
