Job DescriptionAs a Senior Product Designer on our ChiliCal team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our scheduling solution. You will collaborate closely with your product manager and developers to design features that simplify and enhance the everyday tasks of our users.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design efforts for our ChiliCal product, owning the end-to-end process from concept to final UI.
- Tackle complex, enterprise-level challenges and turn them into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Initiate research and discovery efforts in collaboration with our UX Researcher to inform your design decisions.
- Contribute innovative ideas for product improvements and new features, using your skills in prototyping to bring your ideas to life.
- Maintain high visual standards by utilizing and expanding our Design System.
- Define success metrics in collaboration with your team and work towards achieving them.
- Stay informed about competitors and the needs of our target personas.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a natural inclination to ask questions and explore new ideas.
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment, where collaboration and open communication are key.
- Comprehensive understanding of the design process, from ideation to execution, with proficiency in UI, visual design, and prototyping.
