Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in maintaining our organizational efficiency by effectively coordinating logistics operations. As an Asset Movement Specialist at Charger Logistics Inc., your responsibilities will include managing paperwork and documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in administrative roles is considered an asset, particularly those with exposure to logistics or trade compliance functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist accounting teams with invoicing, accounts receivable, and payable duties
  • Maintain driver files and fleet documents for seamless operations
  • Coordinate customs documentation according to established rules and procedures
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support internal review and client requests

Requirements:

  • College diploma or degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in administrative logistics or service roles is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Estimated Salary:$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
