Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Sequoia Connect. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large data sets to provide actionable insights, developing and implementing data models and database designs, and creating reports using Business Objects and other reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Develop and implement data models and database designs to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives.
- Reporting: Create reports using Business Objects and other reporting tools to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical tools like SPSS, SAS, and Excel to analyze and interpret data, and provide recommendations for business improvement.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong background in data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Technical expertise in data models, database development, and segmentation techniques, with proficiency in SQL, reporting packages like Business Objects, and programming languages such as XML and JavaScript.
- Statistical Knowledge: Knowledge of statistical packages like SPSS, SAS, and strong skills in Excel.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with Forte, Nice Actimize, AngularJS, Tomcat, Spring Tool Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for presenting analytical findings to stakeholders.
- English: Advanced oral English.
- Spanish: Native Spanish.
- Hybrid: Hybrid work arrangement.
