We are seeking a highly skilled Latam Cross Functional Engineering Director to join our operations team at Equinix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team that provides asset management expertise, project controls, and escalated site support for critical facility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of subject matter experts to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operations.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to drive team results and implement resources to complete projects as required.
- Ensure completion of projects to Equinix's required standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with assigned site locations and direct the reporting of key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain Continuous Improvement processes and culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecom, Mechanical, or Automation.
- Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in leading, inspiring, and developing a team of critical facility subject matter experts.
- Knowledgeable in critical facility engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
