About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. de R.L. de C.V. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in executing our people initiatives, providing exceptional internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives and drive continual improvements in productivity and HR development • Provide hands-on HR support to our Amazon Fulfillment Centers, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve HR processes • Coach and mentor management-level employees to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities • Design and implement effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of flexibility, excellent communication skills, and drive • Manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results • Identify problems and drive solutions, ensuring strong deliverables and customer satisfaction • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, focusing on results and achieving excellence • Interface with all levels of the organization, building strong relationships and trust • Develop and facilitate written recommendations on HR or business-related topics, using data to support recommendations • Stay up-to-date with innovative HR solutions and process improvements, applying best practices to drive business results Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in HR Management • Resume demonstrating steady progression in HR Management for the last 7+ years • 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring direct reports • 5+ years of experience supporting hourly employee client groups (distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments) • 5+ years of experience in labor/employee relations • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Preferred Qualifications • Master's Degree or MBA in HRM-
