Overview

As a LATAM Business Insights Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our analytics strategy and driving data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics capabilities to support Perfect Store initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Evolve our analytics model to capture vertical growth and drive business impact.
  • Build stakeholder trust by understanding business context and ensuring effective coordination with the Perfect Store LATAM team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in data modeling and analytics.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Availability to work from our Mexico City office 2 days per week.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful networks within complex organizations.
  • Exceptional project management skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a deep proficiency in analytics.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and delivers top-notch results.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders effectively.
