Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust security measures to protect our SAP systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
- Develop and maintain secure configurations for SAP components, including user and role management, access control, and encryption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP security patches, notes, and best practices, applying them to our systems to maintain a secure environment.
- Lead incident response and mitigation efforts, conducting thorough investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including security policies, procedures, and guidelines, to ensure consistency and adherence to security standards.
- 3+ years of experience working in a NetWeaver 7.0 or higher environment.
- 1+ years of experience in S/4HANA, BRIM, and BW/4HANA environment.
- 1+ years of experience supporting SAP in Cloud environment.
- Minimum of five complete life-cycle implementations.
- Experience with multiple SAP components, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SLT, SCM, APO, Live Cache/MaxDB, GRC, SRM, IQ, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, and CRM.
- Experience with Enhancement Packages, ABAP and Java stack administration, including system copies.
- Experience supporting SAP in AWS cloud environment.
- Advanced level knowledge in managing SAP with HANA and/or DB2 databases, including backup, High Availability, and DR solution.
- Intermediate knowledge with SAP cloud platform (SCP) Integration, Cloud Connector, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Experience with SAP HANA and/or DB2 Databases and Unix/Linux administration concepts as necessary for Basis work, including scripting in AWS Cloud and On-Premise environment.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiar with ODATA services and Fiori-based Application Deployment.
- Understanding of SAP applications and its functionalities is an added advantage.
