Senior Production Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Scheduler to join our team at Assa Abloy Tijuana. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing demand forecasts and production capacities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
About the Role- Analyze demand forecasts and production capacities to determine optimal production schedules.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet customer commitments and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Operations, and Quality, to resolve service issues and improve processes.
- Manage inventory levels to meet established targets and minimize waste.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in production scheduling roles.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with expertise in forecasting, planning, and inventory management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edward, is a plus.
