Job Summary

The Production Scheduler Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, expediting priorities, and following up on project progress.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and scheduling of raw materials for production
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance against materials schedule
  • Create work orders, review messages, expedite and follow up production priorities and regular schedules
  • C Coordinate the internal processing and movement of materials from stores to the production line to meet manufacturing schedule requirements
  • Organize / track shipments for dispatch from the supply base to ensure on time delivery at the plant
  • Maintain an optimum level of finished product inventory, ensuring the level of service required by the client
Requirements
  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Compensation

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
