• Coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among teams

• Managing complex calendar set-ups and movements, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to maximize productivity

• Preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies

• Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics and timely departures

• Organizing space planning, strategic offsite events, and team all-hands meetings, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

• Building cross-functional relationships between departments, serving as a liaison and facilitating communication

• Providing operational support for the entire office, partnering with IT, Facilities, Culinary, Security, and Health and Safety teams to ensure seamless operations

• Owning and curating the Office Welcome program for new hires, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience

• Serving as the primary point of contact for sending and receiving mail for employees

• Organizing office events, culture initiatives, and Q&As, promoting a positive and engaging work environment

• Maintaining and conducting inventory of office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace

• Assisting with site-specific communications, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination

**Requirements**

• 3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives

• 3+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives

• 3+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives

• Experience balancing competing priorities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a strong proficiency in calendar management and expense reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**

• BA/BS degree in a related field
