Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to customer requests through our facilities management system, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and receiving of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with the coordination of maintenance and other essential central services.
- Support other GBS functions at a local level, including finance responsibilities such as invoice scanning and log completion.
- Keep management informed of any issues within the organization that require attention.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels and across cultures.
