**Job Summary**

Ware Malcomb is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Site Supervision team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the bidding and construction phase of projects, including distribution of bid packages, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and reviewing contractor bids.
  • Provide construction phase services, including construction management, in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Review contractor construction documents, daily and weekly reports, and lead weekly construction meetings.
  • Track the construction schedule and review estimate payments.
  • Lead weekly meetings at construction sites and manage contractors on all issues related to the job site.
  • Coordinate inspections on site works, focusing on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety.
  • Review the follow-up of the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of construction management based on PMI.
  • Experience in major earthworks and infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of industrial developments preferred.
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an architectural related program.
  • Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervision.
  • Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to speak in English and Spanish (public speaking) in front of small to large groups of people.
  • Leadership of small to larger project teams.
  • Knowledge of local and international construction codes.
