We are seeking a highly skilled CBS Order to Invoice Analyst to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our Customer Service and Logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our order to invoice process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective internal customer communications to facilitate seamless order to invoice fulfillment.
- Collaborate with local Customer Development Teams (CDTs) and Logistics to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.
- Support the achievement of all service goals for assigned customers, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Highlight delivery and distribution issues to Logistics for follow-up and corrective action, and communicate any special internal customer requirements.
- Analyze and collaborate with local CDTs to resolve customer returns and refusals, and work with Logistics to eliminate supply chain inefficiencies and reduce costs.
- Utilize SAP order processing and fulfillment applications to efficiently complete the order to invoice process, minimizing manual intervention.
- Monitor and analyze CS Key Performance Indicators, taking corrective action when necessary to improve service or highlight supply chain issues.
- Prepare periodic customer service and cost to serve updates for distribution to local and division CDTs and CS&L management.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service/Order Fulfillment, Planning, or Logistics.
- Advanced English level.
- Proficient in Excel and SAP.
