About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Business Partner in Tepeji, Mexico. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, driving business outcomes through effective HR practices, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to business leaders on talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive business results.
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to promote a positive work environment and foster collaboration.
- Manage and resolve complex employee and labor relations issues.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- +3 years' experience working in HR, preferably in a plant or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
