Job Title: Senior Facilities Management Specialist

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Senior Facilities Management Specialist at Nemak, you will be responsible for managing contractors and external services entering daily facilities. Your main responsibilities include management and administration of contractors at executive and/or managerial level, management and administration of standards, procedures, and legal requirements applicable to contractors and emergency areas, and knowledge and experience in the operation and key safety points of machinery, equipment, and rescue systems.

You will also determine criteria for prequalifying approved vendors from HSE perspective, clearly outline performance, documentation, and training standards that contractors need to comply with, and implement Contractors Management Program and develop an evaluation system to measure results and develop a continuous improvement program.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or civil engineering, OSHA 510 certification, emergency management and administration, official Mexican Standards for Safety and Health at Work, international safety standards OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, English language proficiency, and 4+ years leading projects. You should also have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience with contractor management software and tools.
