Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business results and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results within the work area.
  • Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Manage small projects or processes within the area of responsibility, leveraging your expertise to drive improvements and enhancements.
  • Work autonomously with limited oversight, making decisions and taking ownership of your work.
  • Provide input and guidance to lower-level professionals on tasks and assignments, helping to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Address general and sometimes complex problems, requiring a deep understanding of broader issues and the ability to analyze and resolve them.
  • Solve problems through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues, often involving consideration of multiple factors and work areas.
  • Responsible for making moderate improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance the performance of the work area.
  • Communicate effectively with parties within and outside of the department, as well as external to the organization, including customers and vendors.
  • Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures, helping to shape the direction of the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with relevant experience. You should have practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work. A University Degree or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience. Alternatively, an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience may be considered.
