About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at HRPV Human Resources Puerto Vallarta. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including answering client calls and managing appointments.
  • Assist with non-litigation legal documentation, such as drafting and proofreading documents.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for U.S. attorneys and keep clients updated on their status.
  • Respond to client inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and generate leads to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Must live in Guadalajara or nearby.
  • High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 months in a similar role.
  • Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of legal processes (desired but not required).
