Job Summary

The Sales Executive role at WHV Resorts Cabo, LLC involves presenting and involving guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming, adhering to standard work hours.
  • Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner, using approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
  • Achieve individual established performance guidelines within established time frames, contributing to achieving overall site VPG and closing percentage at budget levels.
  • Maintain the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
  • Discuss terms and conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers, effectively gaining commitment to purchase.
  • Complete demo and assessment rides on a regular basis with team leaders & sales managers for coaching and motivation, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency (English-Spanish), availability to work flexible schedules, and Vacation Ownership Sales Experience.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, positive disposition, excellent verbal/written skills, and work standards.
  • Ability to multitask, follow-up, build business partnerships, and thrive in ambiguity.
