About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Analyst to join our dynamic People Systems team at Trimble. This individual will play a critical role in driving Workday's efficiency and functionality across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently on complex configuration projects, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement security access control measures, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Design and implement end-to-end test scripts for new configurations, leveraging big picture thinking to drive process improvements.
- Serve as a key contact for global stakeholders, addressing requests and concerns through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Participate in regular Workday release updates, testing and implementing new features to enhance our HRIS ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuity within the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS systems, with at least 3-4 years of technical Workday experience.
- Proven expertise in Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking configuration, and general tenant enhancement.
- Demonstrated ability to create complex Workday calculated fields, eligibility rules, and validation rules.
- Familiarity with BIRT is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
