The Role of Senior HRIS Analyst
This role is part of the People Applications team and reports directly to the Senior Manager, People Applications. As a key member, you'll provide functional and technical support across Workday and HCM applications. This includes daily support, maintenance, and configuration of these systems. The Senior HRIS Analyst will collaborate with multiple functional areas and stakeholders. They'll lead projects to support enhancements, testing, and other technical initiatives. Your goal will be to develop efficient reporting and data integrity solutions that meet business needs.
Main Responsibilities
- You'll be the primary technical support analyst for HCM applications, ensuring data and system integrity through daily support & configuration.
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues as needed, providing expert-level support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including those in People & Talent, IT, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, and within the business.
- Lead projects to improve processes, scale, and enhance capabilities in Workday and People Applications.
- Liaise with internal and external resources to coordinate and support initiatives.
- Gather requirements for new configuration and future enhancements across all areas of Workday and People Applications.
- Design, document, and monitor reports & integrations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation for proper controls and approvals.
- Develop, manage, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and internal reference guides.
- Recommend continued process improvements, system efficiency, and new technologies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Workday experience is essential.
- 4-6 years' experience in HRIS are required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Project management experience is crucial.
- You should be a self-starter with excellent analytical and issue resolution skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, along with attention to detail, are vital.
- You'll work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks, projects, and assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service skills, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information are necessary.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills are also required.
Compensation
MXN $50,000 - $54,000 per month. This represents the expected base compensation range for this role. In determining your pay, we consider many factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and job-related factors.
