About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Marketing Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing Division, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees as a subject matter expert in Business Opportunity Management (CRM), Tableau, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and Enablement: Provide expert guidance and support to Sales & Marketing Division employees on processes and tools, including CRM, Tableau, and S&OP.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and build reports to support sales forecasting and project pipeline management.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions to newly hired Sales & Marketing Division employees on processes and tools.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, mitigate, and resolve tool issues, working closely with IT to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with headquarters, other regions, and departments to understand global situations and share Infineon's issues and requirements proactively.
  • Project Participation: Participate in global projects for new process implementation and deployment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, IF functions, and VLOOKUP.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

  • Technical Expertise: Experience with CRM, BI tools, and ERP systems, including Dynamics CRM, Business Objects, Blue Yonder S&OP, and SAP ERP.

  • Collaboration: Ability to provide tailored support to Sales & Marketing Division employees as a partner.
