Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing Division, you will play a critical role in supporting our employees and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales & Marketing Division employees as a subject matter expert in Business Opportunity Management, data analysis, and process improvement.
  • Analyze data and build reports to inform sales forecasting and project pipeline management.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to newly hired SMD employees on business processes and tools.
  • Identify and resolve tool issues, working closely with IT to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand business requirements and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business operations or sales support role.
