We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Representative - Digital Channels to join our team at Emerson. As a Digital Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers through digital and remote sales tools to achieve the agreed sales targets.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure full customer satisfaction in doing business with Emerson through our digital channels. You will work closely with customers to actively encourage the transition towards digital integration, self-servicing, and digital interactions in cooperation with the e-commerce managers and other relevant stakeholders.
The key responsibilities of this role include providing pre- and post-sales support, driving the account strategy, building relationships with the customer counterparts, tracking and understanding customer needs, and aligning Emerson's offerings to address them in collaboration with subject matter experts and Industry Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for achieving Sales, Bookings, and Gross Profit targets for the full Measurement Solutions Portfolio within the agreed segment of customers through digital and remote interactions.
- Own the bookings forecast for the segment and ensure monthly delivery of the volume commitment, as well as execute immediate recovery actions if any risk is identified.
- Monitor digital tools and CRM for leads, proactively acting on leads to convert potential business in the assigned segments.
