Your responsibilities will include running pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, preparing and maintaining equipment and ingredients, capturing and reporting data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensuring the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of technical principles and a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will also need experience working in teams and independently, identifying problems, and implementing solutions. Lab/plant equipment operation/maintenance experience and food manufacturing industry experience are a distinct advantage.
