Cloud Revenue Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our team at Cognizant. As a key member of our revenue assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' revenue data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze revenue data from various sources to identify discrepancies between actuals and committed targets.
  • Validate the accuracy of identified shortfalls through meticulous data review.
  • Craft clear and concise reports that effectively communicate revenue shortfalls, their root causes, and potential solutions.
  • Develop data-driven, actionable plans to close existing revenue gaps, ensuring successful resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with account teams to implement shortfall fulfillment plans and track progress towards closure.
  • Continuously monitor current revenue run rate and proactively predict potential shortfalls based on your analysis.
  • Develop proactive strategies to mitigate future revenue shortfalls by identifying and addressing potential risks.
  • Review cloud service contracts to gain a comprehensive understanding of agreed-upon revenue commitments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively explain complex data insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on developing and implementing solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all data analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Knowledge on Salesforce.
