**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mexico City. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent for our clients' open positions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Conduct thorough job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and requirements.

• Review and evaluate applicants who have applied via our applicant tracking system, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates move forward in the process.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent and promote our clients' job openings.

• Build and maintain relationships with business networks and internal referrals to identify potential candidates and encourage referrals.

• Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews, using industry-specific probing questions to assess candidates' skills and experience.

• Navigate complex conversations to gather necessary information and make informed hiring decisions.

• Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.

• Review background and reference information to verify candidates' credentials.

• Provide regular reporting and updates to hiring managers on the status of each search, ensuring transparency and open communication throughout the process.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market changes that may impact the hiring process or talent community, providing valuable insights to our clients.

• Demonstrate expertise in segment, practice, and industry knowledge, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and results.

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field.

• Minimum of five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.

• Proven ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise, employ technologies to create efficiencies, and adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.

• Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques to identify top talent and stay ahead of the competition.
