About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Technology Analyst to join our team at The Clorox Company. As a key member of our People & Technology Team, you will be responsible for supporting our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance, system configuration, testing, and validation of business processes and enhancements within Workday modules to meet business needs.
  • Partner with functional business process owners to provide Workday data and process knowledge.
  • Support integrations team with data validation and testing.
  • Audit Workday system data, maintain data integrity, identify and report findings of data irregularities.
  • Support Workday releases and feature enhancements, rolling adoption items and projects.
  • Leverage business and Workday knowledge to drive innovation and identify opportunities for process improvements to support long-term business goals.
  • Consult with business owners and technical teams to understand requirements, configure, prototype, and test Workday solutions for varying business requirements.
  • Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process issues; performing scheduled activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years with direct Workday support and HRIS experience with configuration expertise (minimum 2 modules): HCM, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Security, Reporting & Analytics.
  • Functional knowledge of general HCM data management, technical knowledge of EIB data loads and data delivery, and experience with standard testing procedures.
  • Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with a willingness to learn and support multiple modules.
