Customer Support Technical Specialist
In Melise Co, we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Technical Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify and report trends and patterns in customer feedback to improve our services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer/technical support role.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in the dental field (lab, dental school, dental office) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ZenDesk/ERP software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Portuguese language skills are a plus.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $18,000.00 per month.
- Full-time, indefinite contract.
- 8-hour workday.
