Customer Support Technical Specialist

In Melise Co, we're looking for a skilled Customer Support Technical Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with customers to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and report trends and patterns in customer feedback to improve our services.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer/technical support role.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in the dental field (lab, dental school, dental office) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk/ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $18,000.00 per month.
  • Full-time, indefinite contract.
  • 8-hour workday.
