We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Master Data Management Specialist to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF). As a key member of our Quality Master Data Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data, supporting the development and implementation of quality-related procedures and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain master data related tasks, including Quality Control Inspection plans, Quality Specifications, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Product Data Sheets, and Nutritional Information Sheets, using SAP workflows.
• Load master data for new products and intermediates during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
• Conduct religious reviews based on material formulas to assess compliance with customer and IFF requirements, and update master data accordingly.
• Collaborate with vendors to review religious and nutritional data for new raw materials and alternative sources, ensuring compliance with customer and IFF requirements.
• Participate in the Eliminate & Replace (E&R) process, reviewing formulas, master data, and customer communication to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and resolve customer documentation, supporting IFF sales requests and servicing customers through the IFF Clover documentation program.

• Data management skills
Desirable background:
• Experience in a Quality Assurance role in the Food Industry
• Experience in a function where English was the main language for meetings and written communication
Work Scheme: Hybrid (3 HO days and 2 days in site at IFF Tlalnepantla)
