Main Responsibilities- Loading and posting payment details into our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
- Daily deposits monitoring to apply customer payments as required
- Bank interaction for daily cash application
- Customer statement reconciliation
- General ledger accounts reconciliation
- Manual application of customer payment and remittance advice
- Assisting with preparation of daily and weekly accounts receivable (AR) reporting
- Continuous cross-functional collaboration with customer service, collections analysts, and local cash to cash teams
- Tracking end-to-end order cash application process
- Validating all payments are being applied correctly
- Identifying reasons for unapplied payments and business partnering
- Interaction with local teams for approvals of ERP system general ledger entries
- SOX process and internal and external audits, evidence, and support
- Performing customer account analysis
- Working with cash to cash business and local teams to resolve order-related issues
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, or related fields
- Advanced English language proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in finance
- Excel knowledge, including formulas and data validation
- ERP system experience, preferably SAP
