Data Cloud Technical Support Engineer: As a member of our Premier Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing challenges with our Data Cloud platform. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience and making our customers successful.

Your Impact - Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Explain complex features and provide best practices to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
  • Manage customer expectations and deliver a world-class customer experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our support services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth.
  • Develop and curate knowledge content to share with the community, enhancing our support resources.

Experience/Skills Preferred:

  • Fluent proficiency in writing and speaking Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM applications and other cloud-based technologies is essential.
  • Big Data experience and knowledge of database concepts, data management, and SQL are highly valued.
  • Developing applications using SOAP and REST APIs is a desirable skill.
  • Demonstrated skill in customer support or customer service in a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Salesforce Certifications are a must.
