- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Design and implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments
- Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to participants
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Supervise and mentor training staff to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or human resources
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective training solutions
