Regional Training Manager

Overview
Autozone is seeking an experienced Regional Training Manager to join our team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for implementing and following up on training and business development plans and programs established for Autozone de México.
About the Role
The successful candidate will promote and evaluate the continuous improvement of Autozoners through a teaching-learning process of technical and professional skills that contribute to their development and increase productivity in the execution of commercial and field module processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work to implement and certify Trade and Territorial Shadow Managers
- Collaborate with the Commercial Directorate to address requests and needs on training topics, as well as jointly teach the AZ6 courses to the TMIT
- Provide ALL DATA and Achieve Global courses to TMIT
- Deliver face-to-face courses to Gtes. Sales on Telephone Sales, interpretation of administrative reports, sales skills (AZ6)
- Review contents of training materials of the clinics taught by external providers, provide feedback and validate field instructional capabilities. Work hand in hand with the Commercial Marketing area
- Review and update contents of on-site courses, online, programs and training documents (CMIT, TMIT)
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent
- Experience in employee training and participation in forums
- Two to three years of relevant experience
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
