Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain global purchasing strategies for packaging and labeling materials
* Identify and develop strategic suppliers to achieve maximum cost reduction and synergy effects
* Negotiate new and existing global price and framework agreements
* Drive improvement programs with suppliers
* Ensure compliance with business partner code of conduct and Continental code of conduct

Requirements:

* Academic degree in business administration, engineering, or comparable qualification
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in purchasing or similar functions
* Experience in project management
* Knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP R/3
* Very good English language skills, written and spoken
* Affinity for cooperation with people and intercultural competencies
* Strong negotiating, persuasion, and communication skills
