Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at 253 KONE Mexico S.A. de C.V. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, quality service, and timely back reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide regular updates to the supervisor on all relevant information
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users
• Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor
• Take immediate action on site in case of high risk identification and apply the escalation procedure
• Perform unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs and obtain approval from the on-site contact person
Requirements
• Familiarity with lift and associated technology
• Ability to give training/coaching to persons nominated by the supervisor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
