**Job Summary**:

Z52 Administrative Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Develop and implement a long-term marketing roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure effective prioritization of marketing initiatives
• Lead the operationalization and optimization of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and maximum ROI
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored marketing solutions
• Analyze funnel performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to clients
• Manage and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making
• Develop and present insightful marketing reports and recommendations to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Advanced written and spoken English skills
• 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably with US clients
• Proven track record of managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of the evolving advertising landscape, including digital marketing and media
• Excellent communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
