Job Summary

Z52 Administrative Services is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term marketing roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and clients, to ensure effective prioritization of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the operationalization and optimization of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored marketing solutions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, leveraging marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and present compelling marketing reports and presentations that summarize key data and trends, driving actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Advanced written and spoken English skills.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably with US clients.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of the evolving advertising landscape, including digital marketing and media.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
