Technical SAP HCM Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP HCM solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Estimated Salary:

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing functional configuration, testing, and providing best practice recommendations for SAP HCM implementations. They will work closely with stakeholders to refine technical details into user stories with acceptance criteria. Additionally, they will assess customer requirements and provide development effort estimations, as well as maintain a balance between standardization and customer orientation.

Key Competencies:

• Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, or support of UKG Kronos Workforce Central (OR the new UKG PRO Dimensions) and SAP HCM Time Management.
• Ability to work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical individuals.
• Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with colleagues around the world.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or similar areas.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Implementation and Time Management experience.
