The OCM lead at North American Production Sharing, Inc. is responsible for driving organizational change to maximize SAP system adoption and achieve process stabilization. This involves executing the change management methodology, plan, and toolkit.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Leadership

  • Lead change management activities according to the corporate methodology and toolkit, collaborating with the site-based Training Coordinator.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of the change management toolkit for future developments.

Business Readiness

  • Develop a local stakeholder map and engagement plan, coaching SAP Super Users to become change agents.
  • Conduct temperate checks with Site Leadership and end-user groups to assess change readiness.

Impacts of Change

  • Work with the site team to identify and assess local impacts of change, ensuring action plans are developed and implemented.

Benefits

  • Support the identification and assessment of potential benefits of change, ensuring key benefits are quantified and prioritized.

Communications and Engagement

  • Own the local communication plan for internal and external stakeholders, developing impactful communications materials.

Organizational Alignment

  • Arrange and follow through on local role-mapping education activities for Super Users.
  • Oversee role mapping to ensure end users receive the right SAP access.

Training

  • Develop and schedule local training plans, collaborating with local leadership to ensure users are available for mandatory training.

OCM Governance

  • Identify, implement, track, and report on business readiness through Leadership and OCM Governance forums.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in organizational change management within a large-scale program, ideally SAP change management experience.
  • Passion for organizational change management and experience in managing resistance.
  • Familiarity with training program planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent language skills for the local site language, both verbal and written.
