Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops with customers to understand their goals and challenges
- Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer goals
- Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreement and present multi-year roadmaps
- Help customers estimate value for potential deployment of ServiceNow solutions and validate value realized using ServiceNow tools and methodologies
- Work with sales and customer success to help establish account strategies for accounts in the region
- Provide expertise to help assess and prioritize accounts and strategies
- Provide full lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice
- Identify and lead the creation of new IP (best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.)
- Improve current methods and frameworks
- Work with and help the ServiceNow teams on a business consulting approach to sales
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or as a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor
- Ability to navigate processes and industry trends (such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred
- Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and whiteboarding
- Deep customer connections in regions
- Executive presence with a humble demeanor
