About this Position
The Demand Manager's role is to analyze customer demand on a continuous basis and match it with our internal capacity to support internal and external customers. This involves identifying bottlenecks and ensuring the organization is prepared to fulfill its challenges.
Your Role (Key Responsibilities)
Create a long-term demand plan for 18-24 months, including:
- Create a Capacity & Supply Plan to analyze and identify installed capacity adjustments for new tooling & equipment based on current production performance
- Create potential scenarios for Past Due recovery based on OEE evolution
- Identify production performance targets (OEE) to minimize capacity constraints
- Organize monthly reviews at plant and regional levels
- Create Capital projects to purchase additional tooling and equipment and lead through the approval process
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements
Your Required Background
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Fluent in English language; Spanish working level
- Logistics or Finance experience (5+ years)
- Solid understanding of capacity planning in high mix/high volume environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
- SAP experience required (or similar ERP)

- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics

- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions, and solve problems independently
