Job Description

The Digital Commerce Project Lead/Scrum Master facilitates agile and hybrid project management processes, driving team efficiency and effective delivery of digital commerce technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospective, and other agile-related meetings.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in both agile and hybrid project environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and milestones are met.
- Identify, analyze, and remove impediments to team progress in all types of project environments.
- Foster collaboration and communication between team members, stakeholders, and other internal and external parties.

Requirements

- Experience in agile project management and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Understanding of digital commerce technology.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability to different project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Nice to have: Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
