About the RoleThe Commercial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating, executing, and populating key reports using Business Intelligence tools. You will work closely with our business teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze requests or issues and provide solutions using existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities.
- Optimize Processes: Implement best practices to streamline operations.
- Customer Support: Establish processes to identify, track, escalate, and resolve customer problems, ensuring effective communication throughout.
- Continues Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use tools such as Nielsen, Excel to enhance your skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client experts to gather functional business requirements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Executing Reports: Deliver reports in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive rewards package.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Familiarity with Business Analytics and reporting tools (Power BI and Excel).
- Ability to create dynamic dashboards and reports in different tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team environment, and has excellent problem-solving skills.
