This role is a key part of our Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) team, which is responsible for understanding customer conversion journeys in different international markets. As the **Business Analyst for Consumer Insights**, you'll help us identify opportunities and challenges within our portfolio and translate them into actionable tasks.

You'll provide a strategic vision, with a clear understanding of priorities at global, regional, and cluster levels. You'll be involved in the Insights strategy, aligned to our commercial plan, which will drive share of market and volume targets while building our brands' equity.

This role requires you to think ahead and create strategic insights plans for our brands, looking for efficiency and optimal results. You'll lead the conventional tobacco category (CC) initiatives, connecting the dots within the available information, monitoring CC category performance, and initiative results. You'll provide feedback on current market situations and challenge the status quo.

You'll analyze and provide clear insights by leading primary and secondary sources of information, including trackers and quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc research. You'll work with the Marketing Team to lead priority market research projects, from briefing to analysis, reporting, and presenting results.

This role involves working with agencies and business stakeholders, providing explanations for every number, and transforming complex data into actionable insights. You'll ask open-ended questions to break down the problem and find its root cause before proposing possible solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading the GCTS, NCPT, and BEA analysis in main countries, managing sample design, fieldwork setup, questionnaire management, analysis, and reporting. You'll also analyze Nielsen Retail Audit information and work closely with Finance and Strategy teams.

You'll lead the CC NPL tracker at a regional level, be aware of every launch from PMI and competitors, track it, and provide insights to the regional team. You'll work closely with the commercial marketing director, review and align market research needs, negotiate mutually beneficial solutions, and influence key decision-makers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor or Advanced degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Sociology, Engineering, or other relevant fields. 7+ years of experience in Market Research, preferably in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, ad-hoc and systematic research. Fluency in English is a must, and you should be comfortable extracting insights from quantitative data, connecting the dots across multiple data sources, and making business recommendations.
